Thematische Schwerpunkte
unserer Fachbibliothek sind die Wanderungsbewegungen und die Integration der Ausländer in
Europa, besonders in der Schweiz und in Deutschland. Die Bibliothek wird ständig mit
neuen Publikationen aktualisiert und enthält im Moment einen Bestand von mehr als 8000
Büchern und Dokumenten über politische, kulturelle, soziale, schulische und religiöse
Aspekte der Migration. Die Texten sind zum grössten Teil auf Deutsch, Französisch,
Italienisch oder Englisch. Vorhanden sind auch einige Beiträge auf Spanisch und
Portugiesisch. Zum Bibliotheksbestand gehören mehr als zwanzig internationale
Fachzeitschriften zur Migrationsforschung.
- Öffentlicher Zugang:
Nach Vereinbarung kann die Bibliothek besucht werden. Wir bieten persönliche Beratung bei
den Recherchen und der Vernetzung mit anderen Studienzentren und Organisationen. Bücher
und Dokumente können nur vor Ort konsultiert werden.

La
nostra biblioteca è specializzata nella raccolta di documentazione sui movimenti
migratori e l’integrazione degli stranieri in Europa, in particolare in Svizzera ed
in Germania. Il suo catalogo viene costantemente aggiornato e comprende attualmente più
di 8000 volumi e documenti su aspetti politici, culturali, sociali, scolastici e religiosi
delle migrazioni. I testi sono per la maggior parte in tedesco, francese, italiano o
inglese. Sono disponibili anche alcuni contributi in spagnolo e in portoghese e più di
venti riviste scientifiche internazionali che trattano la tematica migratoria.
- Apertura al pubblico:
La biblioteca può essere visitata su appuntamento. Offriamo assistenza nelle ricerche
bibliografiche e assicuriamo il collegamento con altri centri studi ed organizzazioni. I
libri e la documentazione possono essere consultati solo sul posto.

LIBRARY
Our library is focused on migration movements and
integration of immigrants in Europe, in particular in Switzerland and Germany. Its
catalogue is constantly up-dated and includes at present more than 8000 books and
documents about political, cultural, social, educational and religious aspects of
migration. Most of the volumes are in German, French, Italian or English. Texts in Spanish
and Portuguese are also available. The catalogue includes more than twenty international
scientific reviews about migration studies.
The library is open to the public by appointment. We offer assistance in the research and
ensure a liaison with other study centres and organizations. Books and documents can be
consulted only in the library.
